Olivewood Project Managers is a South African firm specialising in the management and delivery of high-end interior fit-out, joinery, and millwork projects across the Western Cape and beyond.
Where we come from
Founded in 2026, Olivewood was built around a simple idea: that great buildings deserve craftsmen who care about the detail, and that clients deserve a project manager who can hold the whole programme together. We work with architects, principal contractors, and direct clients on projects where the finishing matters as much as the structure.
How we work
We run a tight workshop in Cape Town and a small team of senior project managers, joiners, and finishers. Every project gets a named project lead from start to handover. We don't subcontract our craft work, the people who build it on our floor are the people who install it on yours.
What we believe
Quality is not a finish, it's a habit. We care about programme, but we care about the work itself more. We'd rather refuse a project than deliver something we wouldn't want our name on.
